Many of us find ridicule and much verbal abuse when taking the first steps into personal development. It happened to me in the beginning. Now I am immune to it.

We have to learn the universal principle of allowing others to be what they want to be. On the other side of the coin other people’s opinions should not hold back your own personal development. Many people feel isolated, I used to feel isolated. People want to learn meditation, or Reiki, or something else beneficial, yet they get no support from others, and this hurts. No support from family and friends can be hard for you and challenging. But this is your test to see if you really want it. I experienced the same challenges so I know what I am talking about.

Personal development in the beginning is a lonely road until you meet people with similar interests. A circle provides a stepping stone, so to speak, to meet people with similar interests. There are many people in this lonely boat and I am here to encourage you it does not last forever. Take a deep breath, find a quiet place, go into the silence within, and find your strength.

Faster Growth

I found my personal development growing exponentially in a circle. This is because group circle energy is very powerful. The group meditation and discussion increases your personal frequency to a high level. A circle energizes you. If a circle drains you leave the circle. There will be inner challenges. There are plenty of challenges and it all contributes your personal development.

Let us take meditation in a group circle for example. NOW I AM NOT SAYING DO NOT MEDITATE ON YOUR OWN! Group meditation energy is multiplied many times. If you have 2 people meditating at the same time and place it is like having 4 people meditating. If your have three people meditating in a circle it is like having 9 people. The meditation energy is squared, or in simple non maths language, it becomes more powerful. This is why I support groups that get together for world peace. The energy of a group of people is multiplied.

Having said all this , dear reader, I am going to present you with an apparent contradiction. INDIVIDUAL MEDITATION IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TOOLS YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF AND THE PLANET. I meditate everyday, on my own, and encourage all readers of this blog to do the same.

Circle Dynamics

One of the reasons personal growth happens so fast in a circle is because no two people have the same energy. There will be someone in the circle that has done a lot of self empowerment in their life and someone who has achieved almost nil in personal development. This creates friction in your circle. Friction is a form of energy and this helps you to grow.

At times this can appear negative while you are in it, but after you look back, with a calm mind you will see the lessons in the experience. The best approach is to acknowledge everyone with a warm heart. Some people in a circle find it very challenging. Beliefs and lifestyle patterns learned in childhood are very hard to change.

It is a fact you will get the odd person in a circle that cannot handle the new information presented. I have seen this many times. It just goes 180 degrees against their belief system. It is best to be nice to these gentle souls as everyone is doing their best.

Circle Thoughtforms

The energy of the circle can often lead you to some amazing journeys. Very deep meditations, seeing angels, visiting other dimensions, and astral travel have all been reported during circle meetings. The energy intensity of the circle is as follows. A single person has their own thoughtforms. In a circle a group thoughtform is created. This thoughtform is a collection of all the individual thoughts of the group and has collective power. This extra energy when directed can be used to experience journeys not available on your own.
