Visualization means to make a picture in your mind of something. It can be an object, an experience, or a career. To visualize means to mentally construct an image in the mind. For example close your eyes, in a quiet room, and mentally picture a chair. See four legs of the chair, its back support, in all of its detail. Picture the shape, its height, and position in the room in relation to other solid objects. Here we have a simple visualization. We can go further and visualize our goals, dreams, and desires with this powerful personal development technique.

A psychic medium makes use of the power of visualization and goals.

Visualizing your goals as already achieved is a powerful method. See in your mind’s eye the special desire of yours as existing in the now, that is already manifest, even though there is no evidence of its physical form yet. Thoughtforms have power, this is the secret of why affirmations work, and the seed planted in the invisible creates the visible forms. The following are some suggestions to aid your visualization and desires manifestation.

Make a Manifesting Board

Place pictures on your manifesting board of your desires and wants. Include all life areas such as relationships, career, money, health, personal development and social life. The pictures and images you place on your board represent your true desires. On my manifesting board I place it in my study and I see it everyday. It is a good idea to place your manifesting board where you can see it several times each day.

Keep your goals and desires positive and in the present tense. What I mean is instead of saying I WANT A BRAND NEW SHINY CAR state your manifestation as I HAVE A BRAND NEW SHINY CAR. Keeping your goals in the present tense is important. Getting clear on what you want helps you to visualize it. Nothing happens without action. But a purpose in mind is essential to take action upon. Visualization is an aid to clarity and manifesting.
