Psychic and occult powers are nothing new. The human race has had them for thousands of years. Psychics show an inner knowing about people, or events, without any prior information about them. The word psychic means hidden, that which cannot be seen, and has only gained a negative slant on the word in recent years. It is said people have inborn undeveloped psychic powers but with some training they can be developed.

Telepathy. Telepathy is the silent communication between two minds. Many would surprise themselves if they listened to their own inner voice or intuition. It almost seems as if our minds are part of a larger group mind. If one mind can access this information all minds can.

I have noticed the telepathic phenomena of sitting in the same room with a person while I was doing some heavy concentrated thinking about my work. No prior mention of the subject was mentioned or even an inkling of an indication given. Spontaneously, without any words or indication from me, this person would begin to talk about the very subject I was concentrating upon. This phenomena occurs numerous times.

Pre-Sense. Pre-sense is the ability of feeling and knowing of events and situations that are still in the future. The information is available beforehand. Visions, dreams, and intuitions fall into the realm of pre-sensing.

Psychometry. Some limit the field of psychometry to the energy reading of an object that belongs to someone. I go a step further and include a person’s dwelling and workplace as these also have their own individual energetic imprints.

Iron Will Power. Many extreme cases of will power, of mind over matter, showing extreme concentration and personal discipline are known. The Hindu Fakir that pierces his skin with a sharp object, without pain or any visual clues of blood, is one example. Doing the Firewalk barefoot and breaking boards in karate are two more examples of mind over matter.

Reading Akashic Record. The Akashic Record is a depository of useful information and facts. Many inventors and creative types get ideas, solutions, and inspiration from the Akashic Records. It is an energy field that anyone can access. Spiritual and meditative practices raise ones frequency allowing access. This knowledge is largely forgotten here in the Kali Yuga Age.

Astral Travel. Astral Travel, or out of body experiences, involve sending the finer energetic body to various places and locations. This often happens during sleep. Many report vivid dreams, experiences, and visions and upon awakening have some memory of it. Meditative practices and disciplines can develop this skill.

The Human Potential. People have far more potential for greatness and expanded possibilities than they give themselves credit for. Often the potential for personal development and inner gifts lie buried within us. If we like and respect ourselves we will put in the effort to develop them. Nature has only given us so much. If we want to do more and be more the rest is up to us as individuals.
