Many people when starting to improve themselves begin to understand their energy filed. It is what you carry with you everywhere you go. Your energy then interacts with other energy fields out in the world. Nurturing your energy is one of the most noble things you can do. I know a guy who goes for a walk in the forest and rests his head on a tree to cleanse his crown chakra. Walks in nature benefit our energy field. I think this guy knows something.
