Many have said diets do not work. I have seen people shed the pounds and nearly all of them did it by adding raw food to their eating plan. I have a friend who lost 35 pounds in three months. She was happy and achieved real life weightloss that works. All she did was add a raw juice to to her breakfast and eat lots of vegetable soups and fruit during the day. She left the rest of her food menu intact.

I know from my own weightloss eating plan it is drag to leave out foods you like. It is far easier to eat a little raw and leave the rest of my diet as it is. Not everyone’s choice but it is easy and it works for me.


Years ago I went on a macrobiotic diet and I was so weak I could hardly stand up. I need lots of energy for my day the the raw food weightloss diet gives it to me. It is simple to make yourself a raw juice in the morning everyday. Many eat too much cooked food and this makes you sluggish.

The other benefit I get from eating lots of raw food is I can keep my mental clarity up. I do lots of mental work and the last thing I want is a heavy feeling. Lightness and mental agility go together. If you work in an office you need to keep your wits about you. I have seen so many of my friends lose weight on raw foods that it convinced me to try it. Go raw, go green, go health.
