Health at the Health Food Shop

Anyways once a week I visit my local health shop. I get my sea salt, rye bread made from organic flour, and honey. There is a nice lady who works in the health food shop. Over the months thanks to my regular visits we got to know each other socially. Thanks to her job she is one of the luckiest people in the world.

Many of the customers that buy products are seniors. It hardly seems fair that having worked all your life you have your senior years plagued by ill health and worry. It breaks my heart to see this.

Pain and No Pleasure

The seniors I know worked hard all their lives. Now in retirement instead of carefree leisure they get pain with no pleasure.

The lady who works in the health shop is nice. She gives great customer service to everyone that enters the shop.

A1 Customer Service

Many times have I gone to the back of the shop to purchase an item and overheard her conversation with a customer. She amazes me with her knowledge. She gives tips, an insightful observation, all as an aid to assisting with the problem of her customer. She handles it with such pleasantness that customers find her a delight and often the highlight of their day.

Caring and Sharing

We have many interesting conversations together. Some of our discussions have reached the 15 minute mark. We have a healthy, respectful, sharing of knowledge between us. It benefits both sides.

You know I still do not know her name. But I do know I enjoy visiting the shop knowing she will be working there.

One of the Luckiest People in the World

The lady in the health shop is getting paid for doing something she loves. She gives great customer service and her customers love her. I am happy to know one of the luckiest people in the world.
