Here are seven quick tips to go from stress to calm.


1. Meditate. Begin a meditation practice. I do mine in the mornings before the day has started.

2. CD Music Metronomes. If you find it hard to meditate there are MEDITATION HELPERS like CD metronomes which help entrain the state of consciousness you are after. Several good brands are on the market.

3. Walks in Nature. Walks in nature are great for calm. If you have a chance to visit a forest, with its many trees, or a beach, with it large body of water, are all beneficial. Nature is very calming and cleans off much negativity.

4. Read Spiritual Texts. Reading the right material can often calm you.

5. Avoid Negative News. By taking away that which is bad news you give yourself a chance to clear your head and decide what is the best course of action.

6. Raw Foods. Eating raw foods can be surprisingly calming.

7. Fun Friends. Laughter and fun are great for the soul. Uplifting friends are a treasure.
