Hey , you know less is more. I don’t know about you but I am slowing down in 2010. Spending time with quality friends, having great fun, great books, and lots of blogging. Less haste, less speed, yes I am going to be proud if people call me Captain Slow!

There is beauty all around us and I am taking the time to enjoy it all. The weather, flowers, and family members are here for my enjoyment and pleasure. By living a slow down day I can take it all in. You know I was put on this planet Earth to do other things than work.

Let us have a slow down day, important to the psychic medium.

Running Myself Into the Ground

Running around and multitasking only makes me annoyed and anxious. It is not the solution to my problems. I am a creative person and need time to think. I threw away my mobile phone ages ago. Yes, I like a peaceful lifestyle.

Less is More

The Zen masters teach us that less is more. Choose important and valuable activities to accomplish and forget the fluff. Use quality actions and quality thoughts. This way you will not have to do as much work. Sounds good to me.

Quality has it over speed. If your life is filled with mistakes in your career, mistakes in relationships, and mistakes in health your quality of life drops. I like to have a high quality of life. I like to enjoy my slow down day. Don’t you?
