Foods represent another one of our bases of power. The physical body is a temple and a gift. We can always look after it by taking some interest in it. High energy levels are associated with pure food. It will assist the entire vibration of the body.

My one kilo tub of organic green barley arrived today and I am over the moon. Sure it looks like grass, it tastes like grass, heck , it is grass! My friends joke with me about it. But I do not care. It is a way of showing myself that I respect my body temple when I consume it. I am not trying to sell you on green barley. But the way you treat yourself is important, as the law of attraction people tell us, and it is this principle that is important.



Nature

This is a big one. A walk in nature, with its surrounding trees and fresh chi in the air, is a great way to clean the negative energy people tend to accumulate. The shamans go much further than this and offer prayers to tress so they can give themselves more power.

One way to replace corrupt information is to replace it with clean information codes. Nature is a powerbase because it works in this way. The more flow we have the further we go on the journey towards inner development. Nature assists in this. If you ridicule nature you knock off one or your sanctums of power.
