Everything we see in daily life is being filtered by our minds. I call these mind filters. It has to be this way. There is so much information in the everyday world we would literally go crazy if we did not have these so called filters working for us in our minds. Information overload is what we would have. Modern life is hectic enough as it is.


There is however a danger that we can filter out too much information. Things resonate and have an energy. If we have great shields up stopping too much information flow we miss it. Then filters work against us.

Gently Bently

Gently bently means without rush or haste. Take your time. Slowly catch that monkey! This is the sure way to personal development in any field. One of the things that has helped me a lot is the sensing of energy. I use my heart center to do this . I ask myself HOW DOES THIS FEEL? Often in our schooling we have the intellect over exercised and the feeling center under exercised. This leads to out of balanced perception.

One day we will all be taught how important our heart center is in gathering information that can benefit us. Sitting on a chair with eyes closed take your attention to your heart area in the middle of your chest. Do this for 10 minutes, Ask yourself HOW DOES THIS FEEL? After a bit of practice you can project the energy from your heart into daily life and use it to gather information just like any of your other five senses.
