How Negative Energy Drains You

I dislike negative energy. It is such a pain. Yet at the same time I have a healthy respect for its powers and abilities and understanding it helps me to control it. Control negative energy Jim? You bet! I am not going to allow this villain, AKA NEGATIVE ENERGY, control my life or the lives of my friends.

We have to be realistic. Negative energy is everywhere we look. It is in many locations, inside of toxic and life draining people, and is fired at us in mainstream media. The combined actions of all this energy is that it drains the vital force within people. Vital force is the stuff of life. If you wish to be a good Mother, follow your soul purpose, and live your dreams you need lots of vital energy. Having lots of energy allows you to do things. Good things. The kind of things that make life fun, give you a sense of inner joy, and care for and contribute to the lives of others.

A fact of life is negative energy stumps many people in their tracks and has a nasty habit of smashing ones dreams and plans. It is nasty stuff like a dark evil that descends upon one. It is very tricky. And it makes you lose hope and abandon your plans so you give up. This is exactly what it wants you to do. There is much positive energy coming into the world now as well but I will stick to the topic.

Negative Energy Clusters

Negative energy uses a systematic approach to drain positive energy. And it comes from more than one source. It is very cunning and the cause of the misfortune it brings you often goes unnoticed. Not being aware of this sinister cause can have the same mental impact as if you take your head and bang it against the wall! For example IN ONE DAY YOU MAY do the following actions.

1. Visit a sick friend in hospital.
2. Listen to how people died on the nightly news.
3. Meet an energy draining friend on the street.
4. Receive a bill in the mail.
5. Deny yourself from calling your friend on the phone and this friend cares for you very much.

In one day you have been exposed to many different kinds of energy many of them not positive and you are not even aware of it.
Let us have a look at these again.

1. A hospital is a conglomeration of bad energy. Pain and human suffering are common emotions in hospital that feed dark energy.
2. Mainstream media pounds you with negative news limiting human potential and inner growth on the spiritual plane.
3. The energy draining friend is unconscious of his actions. He needs more life force so he begins to energetically suck on your etheric energy unconsciously. Unconscious or not it still drains you.
4. The bill in the mail is a little extra than you anticipated and creates an internal fear in you.
5. Your actions during the day have been less than celestial, not even honorable, so you decide to sabotage and punish yourself by limiting your acts of caring and generosity one of which is the phone call to your friend to make her feel good.

Voila!! The negative energy cluster of the day has worked perfectly TO ITS BENEFIT AND TO YOUR LOSS. See how a group of acts have combined power for good or evil? Now like it or not if this is your situation you are going to need some kind of a safety and protection plan that will act as your safeguard. You might wish to take the following actions using the examples already given.

1. Only visit a hospital if you really have to.
2. Switch off TV. Listen to spiritual chanting music while you work on your dreams in life and soul purpose.
3. Carry a crystal of BLACK TOURMALINE in your pocket to shield you from life draining people.
4. Visualize everything as PAID IN FULL.
5. Perform a caring act during the day. Do one kind act for yourself with much respect and one for someone else and use much respect in your action and attitude.

Now you have created a POSITIVE ENERGY CLUSTER. You are always better off to use a cluster, or a group, of positive energy methods. You are actually creating a tidal wave of positive energy with this method. A cluster of positive actions will block and trap undesirable energy. Of course there is more to this but here is the basis of the method. The use of positive energy clusters is my lucky charm.
