Mind
Your mind is powerful. Treat it with care and understanding. Nourish your mind with good books, inspirational music, and empowering thoughts. Experts say we are only using a portion of our brilliant minds and they are correct.
Body
Looking after our physical vehicle, our body, is essential. We are on a spirit quest but we need our bodies to function and achieve things. Many philosophies and cults ignore the body. This is foolish. To accomplish anything of a lasting spiritual awakening you need to be vibrant and vital and this comes from a healthy body and healthy mind.
Spirit
In our modern times the spirit is given little attention and so has a slim chance of growing into what is possible. On my spirit quest I had to throw away a lot of what I learned because it was misinformation and did not work. I am only interested in methods that work. We have to make space in our spirits and sometimes this means letting go of old and unworkable concepts and philosophies that sound good but are ineffective.
