9,000 Visitors to Health Mind Spirit News
I am absolutely delighted! I checked my blog’s statistics yesterday and , to my delight and amazement the blog received 9,000 visitors in the month of May 2010 alone.
These figures of visitors to the blog blew me away, in a nice way! It was a result I did not expect. To have this many visitors in only one month tells me something. Blogboogie.com is a damn fine blog! I have a passion for what I write about, and I know it is well received from your email and phone calls, and I appreciate your comments and feedback greatly.
I started this blog last year in May 2009 with 0 visitors. In the first couple of months I would be lucky if I managed one thousand visitors a month. The blog began with virtually nil readership. Things changed. I took the internet more seriously as a medium for building an online presence. Got the advice of experts. Looked at the best blogs in the business and learned from them and took criticism in my stride as I maintained an attitude of continuous learning and development.
The key to success online is having a passion for your subject. You have to really love it to have a successful website or blog. People can tell when they read my articles I love what I do. How about you, what do you love to do? This is where your passion is and the success doorway to greater things for you. Of course money is important but without passion, or walking the path of warmth with heart, there is really no point to it all.
Lucky for me I have some good mentors. Their advice came in handy. If you asked me twelve months ago about selling services and products online my knowledge in those days was approaching zero. But things have changed for the better. I now have an online presence as a psychic and metaphysical coach and am known for my accurate psychic readings and metaphysical methods.
Psychic Intuition
I give a good explanation on how everyone is psychic. That is we all have intuition and inner awareness of things and the world around us. All a good psychic has done is to take this basic principle and expand upon it. Simple really. Let us have a look at some of the contributing factors to why this blog receives over 9,000 visitors a month.
*Before I started online I had to decide whether to begin with either a blog or website. A website has its advantages as you can put it up and just leave it. It is known in the online business world as a static site. Many successful psychics use this method and it works fine for them. My intuition, before I even started online, was telling me to go the blogging route. I was not 100% sure why all I know is my inner voice, that is my intuition , was telling me to begin a blog. How I was to make money from it I had not a clue in those days.
My passion for personal development, metaphysics, psychic readings, and the mysterious and paranormal, are habits that have been with me for years. Heck, I even became a professional yoga teacher back in 2002. This provided me with years of experience, many stories and real life experiences, to write articles in this psychic niche and put it all together on a blog for people to read.
I was not sure if the public would like my work, or messages, but these questions have been answered long ago with a resounding and positive YES! It is good to know my writing is enjoyed by a wider public. I know how much pleasure I receive from sharing my gifts and part of my personal development coaching is to assist others to find their passion and bring enjoyment into life by following their dreams and making them real.
*Learning from the best. I make it a habit to learn from the best no matter what the field. Want to be a leader in the spiritual movement? Find the best spiritual individual you can and learn from them. In my case in this example it is blogging. I saw how some very successful bloggers were making a full time living from blogging and this inspired me. I noticed who was doing well and applied similar principles with my own personality in the psychic development area. My passion is the psychic and inner worlds and the blog is my vehicle.
*You can sell products and services online. It is one thing to be told selling online is possible, but it is a totally different world to do it for yourself. Yes, I do sell products and services online. I also show others how to do it in my coaching program as this method is very useful in assisting career change.
There is no doubt that this is a psychic development blog and it has its own niche. It is not for everyone but only those that have an interest in personal development, living a better life, and making themselves better people and the world a better place. These are the ones I write for, the ones that can and do make a difference.
You can have both a passion and make money from it. This blog is proof. Do you think I get paid to write these articles for my blog? No way, I do it because I love it, even if this blog did not make any money from psychic readings I would still continue to blog the posts for it. Why? Because I love what I do, its my passion, it means something to me, and now it means something to others with a growing worldwide readership.
I’ve been guilty of many mistakes on the blog over the last twelve months and it is not perfect, the blog not me, yet. Far from it. But I am happy in the direction the blog is going. Here are some more ways blogging has changed my life for the better.
*I have been asked to appear on radio three times to discuss my writings and messages.
*I have clients in Europe and the USA.
*I have met many professional therapists in other fields. Delightful folks who have since become good friends.
*Kind and compassionate souls have asked me to coach them in psychic perception and awareness.
* I sell my own products online.
