The lost city of Atlantis has much to offer us today. Here is some of the history of Atlantis and the methods that were used in this once mighty civilization.
1. Sound Mantras.
A mantra is a powerful tool on the path of inner growth. A mantra is a group of carefully selected words, like an affirmation, that contains a certain frequency and when repeated takes you into deep states of peace and relaxation. The use of a mantra produces harmony in the mind, body, and spirit connection. Use of a daily mantra strengthens you. You can play a CD of one , for background music, during the day.
Edward Bach, the man of Bach Flower remedy fame, has a lot to say on vibration and on staying positive. Fill your environment with objects of a higher vibration, he says, and you will receive the beneficial energy coming from these objects. His flower essences create harmony within and this is how a mantra of sound works by bringing the body and spirit together as a harmonious whole.
2. Mandalas.
A Mandala is a visual image of great power. Carl Jung said a lot about the spiritual power within mandalas. These are known to work with the unconscious releasing blocks and negative energy built up over a lifetime. Past experience is sometimes heavy and limiting but if we can keep the memory of past experience while releasing the pain associated with it this is a great step forward on our spiritual journey.
The technology of the lost continent of Atlantis made widespread use of the mandala. The power of mandalas is covered in detail during the workshop. I highly recommend use of the mandala as a personal development tool.
3. Abundance.
The lost city of Atlantis began in abundance and plenty. Thanks to each citizen caring for and respecting one another they grew very prosperous. Spiritual attainment was held in high regard and was one of the main aims of existence.
The connection between abundance and spiritual evolution is lost these days. It is time to rediscover this forgotten relationship between material abundance and spiritual development. The two are closely related and in this time of the quickening energy coming forth into the earth’s atmosphere it is important to know.
4. Crystal Books.
Books evolved to a level where all knowing was recorded onto crystals. These crystals were read by placing the crystal stone next to the heart center of the one reading the information. Knowledge was transferred instantly this way.
The Atlantean knowledge of crystals was far ahead of our use of crystals today. They used them to power vehicles for travel, to work with the energy of the aura, and to slow down aging. Crystals still retain this power it is only our knowledge of how to apply them that is missing.
5. Slow Down Aging.
Aging of the body was slowed down by entering a chamber and the aura, that is the energy field of the person, was bombarded with a positive ray of life giving beams of light. This revitalized the body. The ancient people of Atlantis understood the secret of eternal youth.
Dr Norman.W.Walker in his book Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices says that life force is the key to long life and good living. Many life giving nutrients are in raw foods and his method of making a raw juice at breakfast is a time honored essential for many health food followers.
6. Races from Other Galaxies.
These days humans are banned from intergalactic space travel. There is an electromagnetic net the circles the earth and no human being is allowed to pass it. It means instant death, with the body vaporizing, if they do. You can forget about visiting the planets Mars or Venus as it is never going to happen.
Back in Atlantis emissaries were carefully selected to interact with other races in the galaxy, to trade and exchange knowledge, on an ongoing basis. The emissaries had great diplomatic skill, were spiritual adepts, and one of the key reasons Atlantis grew its technology so fast.
This information about the lost city of Atlantis is a key to understanding the rapid growth and evolution of the Atlantean race as a people. Global prosperity is achieved by trade and communication between countries. Planetary prosperity is hastened by trading with alien races that have something you do not have and offering an even exchange. The human race lost this privilege when it stepped down its spiritual progress to the coarse level it is at today.
7. Children.
Children were treated with much more respect than our current society gives to the little ones. The people of ancient Atlantis knew the little body of the child was a temple for the spirit. The young grew up with the knowledge that the physical body is a mere sheath, though an important one, and that spiritual growth is the core activity that gives life meaning and happiness.
Children were shown spiritual laws, the abundance mentality, and how to nurture the welfare of those around them in a group setting. Children grew into wise and responsible adults with fine values already firmly in place. The children did not have to unlearn old patterns of negativity and conditioning like many adults have to these days when beginning a program of self development.
8. One World Religion.
The lost civilization of Atlantis had one world religion. This produced much stability with its citizens since everyone agreed on the same basic principles. There is only one truth, after you leave off all the dogma that surrounds it, and that is empowerment of the individual.
9. Psychic Power of Water.
The psychic power of water was well understood. Mirrors were made with water to increase psychic intuition and perception. A clairvoyant would stare at the water mirror, go into a trance, and see visions, images, and future time lines of events yet to happen. Much of the esoteric and occult knowledge, hidden today, was public knowledge and plays a major part in the history of Atlantis.
10. Women in Atlantis.
Women were viewed as representations of the divine feminine energy and treated with much respect. In today’s society there is still prejudice against women in religion and in the corporate environment. This attitude leads to an unbalanced society.
The honor of the divine feminine has been lost in our daily struggles in the rat race. The values of respect, nurturing, and feminine intuition are thrown away causing us all to lose much inner power.
Here are more facts on the lost city of Atlantis. To become a priestess in the temple, as only females were entitled, created much honor and good fortune for the entire community as the spiritual radiations of such a female affected all people within a five kilometer radius of her being.
11. Architecture.
The architecture of Atlantis was inspiring and uplifting. It looked beautiful but was also functional. They used temples to alter the states of awareness of people using sacred geometry. By walking into a temple you would immediately feel better. Atlantean temples were designed to work with the kundalini energy of the body and to release the energy stored within the chakra system.
Much of the sacred geometry used pictures of mandalas to beam positive rays of energy towards you and by merely looking at the mandala your consciousness would alter for the better. In other words by staring at a visual image your vibrations changed to one of empowerment.
12. Aura Tune Up.
The people of Atlantis had great knowledge about the human aura and all of its ways of working. You could enter a room designed to assist the aura to radiate more of its colors. On entering the room you sat upon a chair. Surrounding you was a huge disk and when turned on it would cut all the negative cords of attachment to the major chakra centers of the person.
It is the negative cords of attachment that lead to losing energy and experiencing a feeling of listlessness and disinterest in life. It is your ” I am no longer on top of the world” feeling. By cutting negative cords our aura receives a much needed boost. We become much cleaner in the etheric, our energy lifts, and we find life an exciting adventure once again.
13. Weather Machines.
The ability to control the weather was was one their achievements. They achieved weather control through the use of specially prepared crystals. They could direct the earth elementals to work for favorable weather patterns.
14. Psychic Development.
The psychic development was great among the Atlanteans. Psychic empowerment was taught to the masses by fully realized adepts in a temple made exclusively for clairvoyance. Telepathy, kundalini energy, and how to develop one’s inner spiritual essence made up the greater part of their inner teachings.
15. Evolution and De-evolution.
Both evolution and de-evolution were well known. Evolution is advancement, and expansion, in mind, body, and spirit. De-evolution is a going backwards, that is regression, in development. It is hard information for many to hear that their lives upon earth is often wasted as no real inner development happens.
Many of us moderns have gone backwards, that is declined, in our spiritual nature. But it is easy to disregard this. If some knew how far down the slope they really are it would cause them tremendous disgust and unhappiness. It is much easier to ignore this knowledge.
16. Meaning of Life.
Knowing the meaning of life is to become fully realized. It is then that you are shown the true mysteries and the nature of our human condition.
You will then understand the deeper meaning of what happens to you at the point of death and where you go after you die, what is the purpose of astral spiders and other mysteries will be revealed too, and come to the understanding of earth’s place in the greater scheme of the universe.
