Get Positive Energy Part One
Here is a summary of the GET POSITIVE ENERGY article series. In Get Positive Energy Part One I talk about the beginning of my mind, body, and spirit quest and how important it is to have plenty of energy.
My own personal approach is to show you how I went about it and this will, hopefully, shed some light upon your own journey. The important topic of why we become energy drained while in the presence of other people is discussed. Auras and energy leaks get a mention and why forcing yourself to think positive, while feeling emotionally drained and down, doesn’t work.
I share my victories with you on my quest to gain energy, my challenges, as well as my failures and this article sets a firm foundation for the energy write ups that follow.
Get Positive Energy Part Two
In Get Positive Energy Part Two I reveal how I dumped most of the traditional knowledge I gained from previous teachers and how I began to build my own belief paradigm so things would fit. I soon discovered nobody knew anything about the occult , about white magic, or even metaphysics in general.
Emotions are an obstacle to your spiritual journey, as is our own shadow nature, and we must work on this or it will pull us down. It is a part of what it takes to get ahead in your own mind, body, and spirit quest.
The value of good mentors is discussed. We are surrounded by a web of energy , it is universal, and we cannot see it. We can tap into this energy field to gain extra energy. I write about how I observed such human feats as firewalking and forcing sharp objects into bare skin without a trace of blood. Logic has advanced far enough in our society and what we need now is more compassion and caring and the ability to read energy in all kinds of life situations. Our emotional control is still at a low standard.
I talk about my first concentration exercise, and about meditation, and the inability of the mind to stay one pointed and to focus.
Get Positive Energy Part Three
The use of a sacred space is one way to get more positive energy. Upon entering the room of a sacred center your chakras begin to spin faster clearing yourself from any accumulated blockages from the past.
Group esoteric circles can help if the group is aligned to your higher soul purpose. Trust your heart center to discover if it is the right one for you. Leave the esoteric group if it doesn’t feel right. Group energy can propel you forward very quickly.
Weekend retreats are good if they have a strong emphasis on nature. A natural environment lifts the soul and gives you energy in general while happily absorbing the negative residue. I talk about sacred architecture and how there is a room in the Great Pyramid in Egypt where your energy vibrations change the moment you enter the sacred chamber.
I personally own sacred geometry paintings that work on your empowerment by merely looking at them. It is hard to believe until you experience it yourself.
Get Positive Energy Part Four
There are many benefits being in the company of positive people. Your career, relationships, and life in general get much easier when you are around supportive friends. In turn you give your inner circle respect and friendship and this builds a strong community. Working on your personal empowerment gives you more energy and this leads to better opportunities as you continue to meet more people with the same values and interests as you.
There is the challenge of leaving old friends behind as you grow and become more and they refuse to develop. It is a common life experience while following your own path and only you can decide if it is worth it. In get positive energy part four I talk about how to release inner energy blocks. Many of us don’t know we have these blocks and they can be a big obstacle if we deny their existence.

Doing what you love for a career brings many rewards. It is one of life’s greatest blessings. If you are not doing what you love what is the point? Begin to honor your spiritual journey and start doing what you really love for a career if you are not already. Being able to make a living from what you love to do is one of life’s greatest blessings.

I thoroughly enjoyed writing this positive energy series of articles. Part of our human quest is to develop and grow. This naturally involves mastering, step by step, the acquisition of energy.
In any kind of new learning we often suffer from information overload. There is so much information around it can be confusing to know where to start. If this GET POSITIVE ENERGY series gives you a method or two on how to get more energy I have invested my time well.
In my own mind, body, and spirit journey I always followed the person before any spiritual product or philosophy. Sure the information contained within the spiritual message was powerful already yet it always remained for the strong human individual to bring it to life. It was the human energy, always, that made the difference.
This is the secret to mastering any personal growth system. Follow the individual who you feel has the answers. Their energy makes the changes. Well it did in my case.
