Hello and welcome my name is Jim Cassa and what I am about to tell you is NEWS in the sense it is little talked about yet I know deep in YOUR gut you feel something is wrong though you cannot pin it down to any one thing.

1. Let me explain. Point one is the BEST psychic protection method and is gained by an opening of the heart chakra. Many think they have an open HEART while the reality being it is in fact closed. In other words these folks do not know that they don’t know they have a closed heart center.

A BIG ego is no defense against negative energy and it will only make it worse because it carries a similar vibration. The style of THINKING where one knows everything already is a lost mind state and will never admit any new information no matter how positive.

A big heart is risky to have because you FEEL more and this includes sensing the pain of others. You pick up on their suffering. This can be seen as a roadblock yet you also DEVELOP empathy which lets you tune into other people’s feelings with great accuracy.

If Jesus Christ was alive today any kind of dark negative energy projected at him would soon melt into nothing thanks to his pure heart which comes from the energy of the heart chakra. Though this is a super human psychic shield state of being to achieve many are well on the way with ALL kinds of psychic attacks turning into nothing due to the massive positive energy in possession of the individual.

It is rare though due to the amount of WILL power one needs to keep the emotions from getting out of control. Positive feelings neutralize negative ones.

In my psychic defense methods I know about the WHITE light technique where you visualize a bubble made of light around you. It is supposed to be for protection and many use it and some new age teachers teach this method. Though popular I have personally found this new age technique to be a waste of time.

I liken the white light bubble technique to the comparison of a bicycle to a car. A bicycle will get you to work though in a car it is much easier and you have more speed.
