Psychic Habits


It is true that our habits can make or break us. Good habits are creative and lead one to having MORE energy. Nobody is perfect yet we meet folks everyday who have good routines in place. Let me talk about what I view as strong psychic habits.

Australia Psychic Medium Habits

If you asked what are my psychic habits here is how I would answer your question: They are as follows: Meditation, Natural Lifestyle, Reading Esoteric Texts, Communication with Entities on a higher plane, some might call these Angels, and Working for the Community.


On the other hand we meet folks with addictions. Gambling and alcohol addictions destroy the lives of human beings. Are these people sinners? I stay neutral on this one. If I was pushed to answer I would say the BIGGEST sin they make is against themselves and their life opportunity they throw away.

The latin word addico means to devote. It is the devotion to a destructive habit that pulls us down. Too much sitting in an office will wreck the physical body. Why? The body needs movement. Walking, gardening, moving about. Hey, it is all good for you.


I know from writing articles online how bad sitting in one spot is for you. Writing online is great for the MIND yet you have to be careful and do lots of walking if your vocation is a writer. If I sit in an office for ten hours a day, everyday, I know my body is going to degrade over time from the lack of movement. I learned this from my yoga studies.


A friend of mine says STRESS is the biggest killer these days. She is right. Stress tightens the heart chakra and creates mind poisons which lead to destructive thinking. Emotional upsets close down the heart chakra.


If we find ourselves with a destructive habit a wise idea is to replace it with a good habit. Here are some examples of transitioning from bad to good habits.


Watching TV >>> Working On Your Career
Eating Junk >>> Research Organic Food
Being Rude >>> Being Kind


We can see that the key is to replace destructive actions with positive energy building ones. There are different names for this and you can pick the one you like. Habit substitution, introducing something beneficial, taking the right course of action describe the process well.


I find if the DESIRE to change comes from a strong motivation then it is a lot easier to live the good habit. Love and care for family is a BIG motivator and if you can somehow introduce this into the HABIT TRANSITION equation you find it much easier to do.


Now it is difficult to break a negative habit. I am the last one in the world to say it is easy. But what I am saying is that it is WORTH it big time if you have something better to live for. Make sense? Good luck with your challenge!
