They seek to create fear and restriction in your life. They live life within very narrow limits and seek to impose their limitations upon you so they feel better.

In people drainers the missing soul part within was created by a real life event and it has left a nasty emotional scar, for ever. A people drainer always has a negative energy field and attempts to make up for its lack by stealing energy from others.

In many cases the individual knows that something is wrong, that they are not quite themselves, at the same time not understanding what is the cause of their ongoing burden.

1. Drainers seek out and are attracted to high energy people. Like moths attracted to a light globe they sense that the high energy man and woman has plenty of reserves of light within to share.

Everyone feels better around a person with high energy. The malicious intention of the energy drainer is that they seek to pull energy FROM the one with the higher vibration to make up for their lack of it. It is a form of psychic vampirism, only here life force is the resource of desire. Instead of sucking blood they seek out human energy.

2. You are entitled to keep all of your energy and do with it as you please. Your mind, body, and spirit are your domain. Only YOU are responsible for how to delegate your energy expenditure.

3. You recognize energy drainers by their actions. Check to see if they are destructive and work hard at undermining you. This includes all forms of communication including emails and nasty phone calls. Don’t buy into this negativity.

4. Feel the vibe. Many times our intuition will warn us about energy drainers. The intuition is the inner sixth sense inside of you that wants to keep you safe. Notice how you feel around folks. If you feel dirty around a certain human being and feel the need for a shower to cleanse yourself this generally means you are in the presence of a drainer.
