The aura accumulates a lot of energetic debris in the act of daily living. You may reach the conclusion, as I have, that the ability to clean your own aura is one of the most valuable pieces of knowledge you will ever come across.

Human beings have lots of ability. Shakespeare was right, we are Gods in the making. Though we have yet to manifest the same power as God, we differ only in scale, with similar abilities to create and to manifest.

Common particles of negative energy form black clouds that stick like glue. Psychics and healers say black is bad as it creates blockages and restriction. The ideal colours are gold, purple, and sky blue. Vibrant colour is the key to a higher energy state of being.

Negative thoughts surround the face and crown of the head. Practices like meditation help, as does energy healing. You can use sacred sounds like the chanting of the word OM, or look at symbols such as the infinity symbol in a concentrated gaze.

The aura also has codes in it for creativity and living in balance. If you play music, dance, or pursue any kind of creative activity your aura has the codes already in place like a gene. In a sense it is a gene, a spiritual gene.

Safety and protection come from a strong auric field. Walks in nature, meditation, mixing with upbeat people, and feeling good maintain the integrity of your energy. Protection also comes from making the right decisions. Safety comes from being able to avoid dramas and much of the confusion that surrounds you.

Now here is a scary thought, each time you meet someone you are greeting the individual plus whatever baggage they have in their aura. Yuk!

Have you ever noticed how you feel drained around certain people, and uplifted around others? The aura acts like a magnet. Sometimes the magnetic energy of others can drain the living life force from you. It has the ability to uplift you on the positive side.

Whatever action you take to make a strong field that protects you acts like a shield against negative people. Locations also have negative vibes and the psychic imprints stick to the walls of the home or office and you naturally feel this residue buildup. Negative environments never help.

Your greatest danger in weakening your light field is anger and hate. Anger is the war within and it wrecks your energy. Long term it is a losing game. Most of the time we are unaware of the damage caused by negative emotions. The stoppage of any kind of energy leak leaves one feeling light and energized.

The secret to mastering emotions is to keep in mind, much like the law of attraction, if we harbor hate and anger in our hearts we attract a similar energy and this sends you even further into the downward spiral of slough and despond.

If you keep in mind that the energy we have surrounds the human body much like a balloon we come to understand that we alone are responsible for the energy we carry. Holes in the auric sheath are common and this leads to energy loss.

It is my firm belief that if you want something to happen in life the outcome of success is determined by the quality of your energy.

You can often tell if your energy is doing well by how good you feel. If you take a moment to scan your emotions you soon notice if fear or confusion are present, or if you have the more positive ones of joy and feeling good.

A healthy energy allows you to achieve what you wish for and to make it real. If you are not getting what you want this is a strong indication your aura is not working as well as it should.
