Give No Attention to the Negative

One of the quickest ways to lift your vibration is to begin to leave off, and slowly put to the side, all that is negative. There are two parts to this. You have the inner world which is your thoughts, feelings , and actions. Next there is the outer world made up of friends, work and career, and anything else in the outside world of a negative nature.

If you begin to pay less attention to what you consider negative, or rubbish as I like to call it, this person, habit, or life situation begins to fall away. Negative energy cannot feed on negative energy. Can fire burn on fire? No. It must have oxygen. Take away those good old air molecules and that fire will go out quicker than you can say new age guru! Negative energy needs people of the light, good people, to feed on. This is why protection methods are so useful. And why I like my black tourmaline bracelet.

I wish it were not so. I wish this was a world where nature reigned supreme and animals had a fair go. But it is not. Anyone that thinks they are on a level playing field here on earth at this time is kidding themselves. So learn as much about energy as you can. If you come back to this blog I will show you more.

Block It Trap It Like Playing a Game

I believe we all have the potential to make, block, trap, transmute, and change energy to what we wish it to be. The first step is to have a healthy respect for all that is negative. Do not dismiss it like some silly new age folks do. Begin to understand that there are people who feed on your energy. But there are also kind and compassionate folks who give you energy.Then there are others who understand there must always be an energy exchange in this universe as nothing is for free. You will also get people who want everything for free without giving anything in return. It takes all sorts!

In the final analysis you want to live a happy life and get what you want. In order to achieve this , yes, an understanding of energy you must have. Often you do not have to do anything positive yourself because when you stop negative actions in your life that alone is often enough to to make a life changing situation happen.

Warm Welcome

I met an honest shopkeeper today. He runs a simple shop, nothing fancy, it is the kind that sells bread and milk and other basic necessities. Upon entering his shop he greeted me with a warm smile. I asked him if he had a certain food product I was after and he, with enthusiasm and a helpful action, went looking for it. He found my item and offered it to me with a friendly smile. It was reasonably priced and I paid him the money.

During the whole transaction the shopkeeper displayed such a caring and helpful attitude it was the kind of service you seldom see today. His smile was from the heart. His actions warm. His customer happy. It is all such a simple thing really but it stood out in my mind. How many people have been kind, caring, and warm with you today? In an often cold world when we meet a person with a warm heart the individual stands out a mile.

He is a Shaman of the modern kind. One that makes it under the radar. He has no blog, no large following, but is an absolute master at all things metaphysical. I learned much from him over the years. Living quietly in modern suburbia he does not seek a large following or to be popular in modern culture. But he can do something that many new age fanatics cannot do. Josip can move energy to any location on the planet.

Back in 2002 I achieved the distinction of teaching yoga for a living. Yes I was indeed a professional yoga teacher. By that time I had several mystical visions under my belt and truly thought I ” had arrived”. A wise man once said to me you meet the people you need to learn from and along came Josip. Upon our first meeting I did not think much of him. My fellow yoga teachers and I used to travel all over the city doing workshops and seminars and we thought we knew it all. We had worked with, and trained the best minds and bodies in the city, or so we thought.

I remember my very first meeting with Josip. He invited my over to his place for a coffee and mentioned his interest in “energy work”. I was amused at his comment because back in 2002 I could already slow my heart rate down to quite a low level with pranayama breathing exercises and used a dharana concentration technique to focus my mind on an outside object so my body would feel no pain which was useful for some of the more arduous yoga postures.

Josip mentioned he would direct energy at me after I arrived home.
“What?” I said. “How can your energy travel over distance I live 10 miles away!” I blasted out flabbergasted.
“Wait and see,” said Josip, “All you need to do is to be aware, that is all.”
By this time I sincerely thought this dude was smoking something. And that something was not cigarettes!

We parted company and I arrived home. Upon the stated time, I remember it well it was 10pm that night, my body was surrounded by tingling vibrations and I started getting hot. Not uncomfortably so but the temperature felt like it increased by several degrees within seconds. I was getting very hot and my body tingled. I looked around and there was no one in the room with me. I did get a little frightened. I was surrounded, for a better explanation, by an invisible energy ball!

The distant energy persisted for 15 minutes and then subsided back to normal. Well I was impressed! This event happened years ago and much, many different visions and mystical experiences, some together and some apart have occurred with my Shaman friend Josip. What did I say at the beginning of this blog? Oh yes…I stand on the shoulders of giants…

This is one of my favorites in the area of manifestation and getting what you want in life. You and a friend are together in a quiet room. You both sit facing each other. Before being seated you decide on what object and desire you wish to manifest into your life. Now you begin to apply the MANIFEST THOUGHT METHOD.

The Method

Begin to focus on the image of your desire making a mental picture. See it in your mind’s eye.You then project this visual image into the heart chakra of the person in front of you. See your image penetrating their heart chakra and their total being absorbing the picture. See, in your mind, the picture melt into their body.

Begin to visualize tiny quantum particles flowing out of their crown chakra and flooding their aura with the quantum particle images.

The other person does the same for you. Having another person direct such a large amount of positive energy at you can be very energizing. This is because as a general rule we are not used to others giving us energy. We are, sad to say, all too used to others taking our energy.

Honor Karma and Manifestation

I mentioned before this thought manifest method is great to use and it works. You will also be helping your friend to manifest their desires at the same time. This in itself has honor. Not to mention the good karma this method creates.

If you display anger at any person, for any reason, stop and have a look at yourself now. It is the best thing you can do. You are only hurting yourself since your barbs of hatred and venom do not reach any other individual and only boomerang and attack your inner being. You then become what you hate.

Imagine you project your thought at them. See your thoughts touch the person you have in mind. Surround them with waves of energy of well wishes and peace. Get a stopwatch and time yourself for 10 minutes while projecting your mind thoughts. Bring your mind back to your visual picture if it wanders away.

Everything in the material world is a representation of energy at its core. Money, people, homes, families are all energy in its quantum level of being and various forms on the material plane of life and living. The world contains a myriad of geometries, and physical pathways, and they interact in millions of different ways. The events of the world impact upon us and we in turn impact upon the world.

It makes sense to look after your energy and to use it wisely. Pick your projects carefully as each one is going to consume a certain amount of your etheric life force. It is by use of your life force that the project of your dreams comes to life in the real world.

Having said all this there are really only a handful of ways that energy, you, and the world can interact to create, maintain, or destroy anything in the world. Here they are.

Energy Exchanges Between You and the World
1. You give away energy to the world.
2. You perform even exchange for energy.
3. You take energy from the world. This includes people.

Energy Exchange from the World to You
4. The world gives you energy. You receive it.
5. The world does even exchange for your energy.
6. The world takes energy from you.

Inside these 6 levels of energy pathways are many different ways to combine,use, and transmute energy. Since everything in the material world has an energetic base the more we understand energy the more empowered we all become on this journey called living.

Feel the Energy

I am coaching several people to become more psychic. What I tell them is to feel the energy in all life situations. You do this by taking your mind’s concentration into your heart chakra and by asking yourself HOW DOES THIS FEEL? Pretty soon you are waking up your intuition and ability to feel energy and this is a very useful skill to have in everyday life.

Imagine having the ability to discern if a real life event, say a relationship or a new career, is going to work out and decide upon it before you go into that particular relationship or career? You could save yourself a lot of time and energy! And you could spare your poor old heart a fair bit of negative bombardment. We all have been exposed to much heartbreak already and now it is time to have a party and some fun and get on with the enjoyment of living.

Etheric Emails

On social media sites I can feel the energy coming from posts made by people. It is the same with emails. All information is energetic in nature and you can read it if you feel the energy. Upon reading an email an individual reveals much about himself. For starters his intention is wrapped up in his email. Intention? Sure! And then there is energy balance of yin and yang, whether the individual himself is more positive or negative, and what his destiny is most likely to be in the following months. Hang on Jim, you can tell all of this from one email? Yes! But do not take my word for it. Get some practice and awaken your intuition and find out for yourself. Then you will know, or be able to discredit this information, with certainty.

Here is how it all works. When typing away at your email your energy is mixing and leaving an imprint upon it. Your etheric life force, which surrounds your body and is a part of you, leaves an energetic stamp upon your email. The etheric is very small , like minute quantum particles of energy, but in it contains a living hologram of who you are, what you do, and often what you will become. It is a very handy skill to have in readings because you can offer some valuable insight, and new information, that might otherwise be missed.

When you press the send button to your email off it goes. It also is moving along the internet with a companion which are quantum particles of your etheric blueprint. You are, in fact, sending a part of yourself to the receiver of the email. It is a small part but still a part of you nevertheless.

True to Your Self

The knowledge of your soul purpose gives you the opportunity to master your destiny. The reason is because soul purpose comes from your inner spirit. It is your soul that is the real part of you.

Personality is acquired. Like a fine dress or a nice suit personality can be changed. It is a stamp imprinted upon you by the outside world. Circumstances in life, schools, and institutions layer this energy upon us and this becomes our personality. It is the least real part of us.

Soul purpose is a part of our energetic blueprint. It comes to earth with us and we take it with us after death. Its energy is permanent and is immortal as the human soul. The personality vanishes at death and releases its energy into the etheric.

Hang on a minute! We live in a society where most effort is put into the personality which is the most artificial part of our being. Do we develop the evolution of our soul? And how does one go about it once you know? There is a movement, I am happy to say, among some where inner growth and development is taken seriously.

Mind is Powerful

In an ideal world we would be encouraged as children on how important soul purpose is to our spiritual evolution. Sadly we are not told much about it.

The power of the mind is not explained to us and metaphysics is laughed at which causes this empowering inner human talent to fall asleep. We are trained to accept information coming into ourselves from schools, institutions, and authority figures. What if all the information we have so far received is, in reality and application, useless to us all?

Ideal Made Real

Here is a plan that may not win the Nobel Peace prize but does, in fact, bring one much peace.

Soul Purpose. This gives meaning to your life. Your life story sings a beautiful song.
See Ideals in Your Mind. Begin to design your life the way you wish it to be. Direction comes from inside you as opposed to the outside world.
Set Achievable Targets. You want to do things. Time to make your life shopping list! Include important life areas such as career, children, family, home, and a balance in your mind, body, and spirit.

All three of these, that is soul purpose, seeing ideals in your mind the way you wish life to go, and setting achievable targets need to be aligned and congruent. The more aligned these important life areas become the more harmony, and fun, you have in your life. If you begin to live this simple blueprint you begin to grow your inner power more and more.

It is A Good Question

A question I often get asked in readings is WHAT IS MY SOUL PURPOSE? If someone can find out the answer to this question they are really, I am happy to say, ahead of the game. It is true 95% of the people walking this earth do not know what their purpose is in life. Sad really.

If the soul does not imprint on the mind its mission something else is substituted as the mind cannot be left blank. The purpose of an institution or a dictatorship perhaps? Whoa, let us not get too heavy! Besides the good thing is we can never lose our real purpose. We can forget about it, bury it, hide it, but never really get rid of it. You cannot part the soul from the body, except upon death, so the soul purpose never really leaves us although it is often dormant.

Confusion Blueprint

Here is something I do not wish for you. I call it the confusion blueprint.

No Soul Purpose. Walk around lost not knowing why you are here.
No Ideals. Outside world tells your inner spirit what to have as your personal ideals in life. A losers game if I ever saw one!
No Achievable Targets in Mind. Like jumping on a plane when the stewardess asks you where you wish to go you reply, ” Anywhere will do lady!”

The confusion blueprint is a life path I highly recommend you do not follow! Peace, poetry, and sweet music upon your journey.

Change Career

It is common to change careers these days. Many people are doing it. This might be for you if you have a deep inner voice telling you that there is something better for you. If you are working a job you do not like you can change it. If you are in a relationship you do not like you can change it. If you are not happy with the way life is going you can change it. The year 2010 is a good one for making new plans and a new career. I believe anyone can get a new career if they really want it.

The belief that there is something better for you in the world of work and jobs is that deep part of you that knows there is indeed something more meaningful you can do. Your inner spirit knows that you can do more and become more, doing good things, and so your spirit lets you know by its silent yet consistent prompts.

Energy is the Key

Maybe you feel a bit lost about which direction you wish to go. This is most likely because you do not know your soul purpose in life. Your soul purpose gives your life meaning. We all have our soul purpose built into our DNA but as we grow into adults we often forget it. Be gentle with yourself as soul purpose takes time to rediscover. However I wish to reassure you it is there deep inside of you. It is as real as your body is real.

So relax and begin to build your internal energy. You begin to expand your energy level your insight and clarity into life becomes more. You begin to use more of your internal guidance.

Here are some career change suggestions.

-Create a home sanctuary. This is your basecamp. Here you can read inspirational material, meditate, be calm, pursue your passion and even relax into your own being. You might find it useful to have this as your own personal space as the confusion of the world and other people can often throw you off course. I state facts as facts and other people and the problems of the world can even drain your energy sucking out your life force. This takes away your energy. A home sanctuary builds your energy.

-Associate with like minded and positive people. Some people are a blessing and some are poison. Need I say more?

-Be around Nature and Animals. Nature and animals give us humans energy. This is a simple and often overlooked method to build energy. The purity of nature, and the love that comes from animals, are very empowering to the human spirit. It is the expansion of the spirit where your internal power comes from.

-Build waves of positive energy. Begin to build waves of energy into your life. Telephone a friend and give her an inspiring message of hope, visit the old senior citizen you have been meaning to see, caress an animal and say a kind word to it. These are all examples of actions that build positive waves of energy into your life. Keep this going as an ongoing lifestyle.

It is Possible to Change Your Career

Yes career change is possible. Many are achieving career change and doing it successfully. If you wish for a more meaningful and satisfying kind of work I know you can have it.
