Change Career

It is common to change careers these days. Many people are doing it. This might be for you if you have a deep inner voice telling you that there is something better for you. If you are working a job you do not like you can change it. If you are in a relationship you do not like you can change it. If you are not happy with the way life is going you can change it. The year 2010 is a good one for making new plans and a new career. I believe anyone can get a new career if they really want it.

The belief that there is something better for you in the world of work and jobs is that deep part of you that knows there is indeed something more meaningful you can do. Your inner spirit knows that you can do more and become more, doing good things, and so your spirit lets you know by its silent yet consistent prompts.

A Lightworker strives to bring more positive energy to themselves and the planet. Several methods are used. A lightworker understands their consciousness is always expanding and growing. Many challenges come but awareness of the energy and how it works is empowering and often enough to overcome the tasks that must emerge. Many Lightworkers are here on earth right now and working tirelessly to improve our collective life situation. Some broadcast themselves to the world like I do with my blog. But many do not and these work silently.

Evey soul has a mission. I call it a soul purpose and reason for living. Knowing your soul purpose gives you an understanding of why we are here on this planet. Two for One

I am happy this week with all the thankyou’s and emails I have received. It is a warm feeling when someone writes and says something like THANK YOU FOR THE INSIGHT YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. We all have creative, divine, energy inside of us and this blog is my expression for my own part of this kind of energy.

Many years ago, many many years ago, I worked in a retail shop. In this particular shop we had lots of sales such as get two items for the price of one. The aura is the energetic covering of the human body. If you think of an egg shell with its yolk inside this simple image gives you some idea of the human aura which extends out from the body in a similar egg shape fashion. The human aura is an energy field. It resonates with the energy of the individual and matches his or her way of life in its vibration.

A Career You Love

In my humble opinion it is vital to spend time in a career you love. Money , that is getting paid, is important. But there is more than this to a career. There is respect for your work, a caring attitude for what you do for a living, and a belief that your work slowly and surely makes this world a better place. How are you faring so far?

It is a tragedy of this age many people work at jobs they hate. I feel you. Really. I was doing exactly this for years. If it is life draining work without any happiness you want to talk about then I am an expert! But this is a positive blog so I might have to leave this point for now. One of the best actions you can take for your new career is to begin to list the set of skills you will need in your new career.

Struggle or Flow?

You know there are signs all around us but we often do not have the awareness to know what is for our own good. Take an alcoholic for example. He knows, in his mind, too much drink is bad yet he still drinks. Why? Bad habits are always hard to break. Let us not judge our tormented alcoholic friend as we all have bad habits and some of us have actions far darker than we care to admit!

A few days ago I pushed myself on the blog. I installed an antivirus program and downloaded the Skype software because I have requests from the USA for phone readings. I always try to give the best customer service in all my readings and with Skype installed live phone readings are possible and my psychic reading clients could at least eliminate their phone cost.

It was all going well until 3am that night. I had the antivirus program up and running plus using Skype was very innovative, fast, and fun. I ran a few test runs getting used to the voice system as I said until 3am that morning. By that time I was very tired and needed match sticks to keep my eyelids open.

Age of the Blog

Imagine getting up in the morning and commuting to work by walking a full 10 feet into your home study. You proceed to fire up your computer and soon are online. There on the screen in front of you is your pride and joy and a part of your spirit you share with the entire world from Australia to USA, from Brazil to the United Kingdom, in vibrant images and pixels you are looking at YOUR VERY OWN BLOG!

It has been quite a ride. I started blogging in May 2009 and had no idea of what I was doing ( some people claim I still do not know what I am doing! ) and I admit there is always room for improvement. I knew before I created this blog it would be a success but I did not know how. Sometimes you do not have every piece that fits in the beginning. And you have to make a start somewhere. Now I know it is not the best looking blog in the world. You do not have to tell me this.

I knew what I did want from my blog. I wanted useful articles that informed people on inner growth and living life to their full potential. And I wanted to add some kind of money earning element to the blog that offered good service at a fair price. I had no idea back in May 2009 psychic readings could make money online but they do.

Time to Follow Your Dreams

I was chatting with a lady this week who wants to make a career change. She has little support and works in a meaningless job to pay the bills. She still has her dreams. This is the seed and the desire from which a better life will spring and grow. I told her to get a large canvass board. You know the kind artists and painters use. We then had a long discussion on her new career move and manifestation.

What I told her is not new. In fact it is a very ancient method of manifesting thoughts into material form. We made a list of all the qualities and skills and put them on the canvass which is fast becoming a DREAM BOARD for her. The dream board creates and solidifies thoughtforms. It anchors her thoughts into the real world so they can begin to take root and manifest into something useful.

How Negative Energy Drains You

I dislike negative energy. It is such a pain. Yet at the same time I have a healthy respect for its powers and abilities and understanding it helps me to control it. Control negative energy Jim? You bet! I am not going to allow this villain, AKA NEGATIVE ENERGY, control my life or the lives of my friends.

We have to be realistic. Negative energy is everywhere we look. It is in many locations, inside of toxic and life draining people, and is fired at us in mainstream media. The combined actions of all this energy is that it drains the vital force within people. Vital force is the stuff of life. If you wish to be a good Mother, follow your soul purpose, and live your dreams you need lots of vital energy. Having lots of energy allows you to do things. Good things. The kind of things that make life fun, give you a sense of inner joy, and care for and contribute to the lives of others.

A fact of life is negative energy stumps many people in their tracks and has a nasty habit of smashing ones dreams and plans. It is nasty stuff like a dark evil that descends upon one. It is very tricky. And it makes you lose hope and abandon your plans so you give up. This is exactly what it wants you to do. There is much positive energy coming into the world now as well but I will stick to the topic.

Yet one of the greatest pleasures in life is to get paid for what you love doing. In my experience when dealing with people, from all walks of life, who follow their life passion the quality of work and service they deliver is of a high magnitude. Let us all face the facts. When you love to do something you do not really worry about what you are going to get out of it. It is pure service first no matter if it is your trade, profession, or hobby you take satisfaction in doing it well to the best of your ability.
